Privacy Policy for Pencelo

Pencelo ("we", "our", "the app") is a drawing and tracing app developed by Gardyju. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

• Camera: Used to display a live camera preview so you can trace over a reference image. Camera footage is not recorded, stored, or transmitted anywhere.
• Photos/Gallery access: Used to let you pick a reference image from your device, and to save your finished drawings back to your device's gallery.
• Drawings you create or generate: Stored locally on your device. AI-generated drawings are created by sending your text prompt to our server, which forwards it to a third-party AI image generation service to produce the image.
• Advertising identifiers: The app displays ads using Google AdMob, which may collect an advertising ID and other device information to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles this data.
• Purchase and subscription information: If you subscribe or make a purchase, that transaction is handled by Google Play's billing system. We do not receive or store your payment details.

How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to operate core app features: displaying the camera overlay, generating AI drawings from your prompts, saving your work, showing ads to support the free tier, and processing purchases through Google Play.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate the app: Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play Billing (payments), and our AI image generation provider (for prompt-based image creation).

Data Retention

Drawings and images you create are stored locally on your device until you delete them. We do not maintain a separate server-side copy of your personal drawings.

Children's Privacy

Pencelo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
